Kerry has 14 years’ experience in the technical and commercial management of multidisciplinary infrastructure and accommodation projects. Areas of specialisation include technical advisor roles, technical due diligence, management of contract risk and contract change and risk assessment and valuation.

Lead or Technical Advisor to lenders and equity investors including secondary market investors, for over 40 projects developed under a variety of PFI, PPP, P3 and DBFO type arrangements in the United Kingdom and internationally. Experience includes due diligence and advisory services for a wide range of PPP/PFI projects.
