Michael Tubridy, Director
Mike Tubridy has more than 16 years of experience in airport planning, primarily involving the technical and operational aspects of air transportation. Over that period he has been involved in most aspects of airport development and operations including airport site selections, airport master planning, airport operational improvements, airport privatizations, airport security plans and private finance independent audits. He frequently participates in studies requiring knowledge of airport design criteria and airport operations, and is well versed with ICAO, IATA, TC and FAA aviation standards. He has undertaken numerous projects around the world.
During the last 10 years, Mike has managed and directed complex airport planning projects that have included extensive coordination with local planning agencies as well as citizen and industry groups. He is actively involved in many airport associations and is a regular speaker at conferences.
Prior to joining LeighFisher, Mike was the owner’s representative from 1991 to 1995 for the New Orleans International Airport on a variety of planning and design projects.
