Rob Rushmer, Director

Rob. Rushmer has 20 years of experience in airport strategic planning, master planning, and development. Rob also specialises in project management and the design of multi-disciplinary airport projects with complex financial, commercial, regulatory, and engineering interfaces. He is experienced in liaising with financial, regulatory, statutory, and public bodies. Rob's particular expertise is the preparation and assessment of strategic development scenarios and the interaction of financial, planning, environmental, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
He has worked on a wide range of projects worldwide, including airports in Antigua (VC Bird); Bahrain; Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, India; Rome (Ciampino and Fiumicino), Italy; Iraq; Erbil, Kurdistan; Malé, Maldives; Marrakech, Morrocco; Moscow (Sheremetyevo) and St. Petersburg (Pulkovo), Russia; and Belgrade, Serbia. In the UK, he has worked at Belfast City, Belfast International, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Kent International (Manston), London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted, Newcastle, Robin Hood (Doncaster Sheffield) and Sheffield City airports.
Rob is an elected board member of the British Aviation Group (BAG) and is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield University, one of the UK’s leading business schools, from which he holds an MBA.
