Tom Walsh Rejoins LeighFisher as a Director
LeighFisher is pleased to announce that Tom Walsh has returned to the Company after a brief absence.
Once again Tom will play a leading role in further developing LeighFisher’s airport finance practice, focusing on bond feasibility studies, financial planning, airline rates and charges, and passenger facility charge (PFC) planning. He also will assist in LeighFisher’s airport transaction advisory projects throughout the Americas and globally.
During his 24 years with LeighFisher and predecessor companies, Tom worked on a wide variety of U.S. and international projects and business development efforts. He has provided financial consulting services at a range of large, medium, and small airports, including those serving Boston, Los Angeles, Harrisburg, Hawaii, Seattle, and San Francisco. He has supported the issuance of more than $7 billion in airport bonds in the U.S. capital markets. He also served as the leader of the business and financial tasks associated with LeighFisher’s sell-side advisory engagement related to the concession of three of Brazil’s largest airports in 2011; and led the business and finance aspects of strategic development plans for Panama City (Tocumen) International Airport and for a greenfield airport in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
“Tom is a seasoned veteran with LeighFisher and I’m thrilled to welcome him back. We know that Tom will continue our tradition of providing high-value solutions for airports, and we look forward to making additional announcements over the coming months,” said LeighFisher President Pamela Bailey-Campbell. Tom added, “I am happy to be back and am looking forward to working with the rest of the team to continue to support the growth of LeighFisher as the leading airport consulting firm.”
