Prior experience:
From 2001 to 2005, prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy, Amir was with GE Security (formerly InVision Technologies, Inc.), as leader of the Explosive Detection System (EDS) product management group. From 1994 to 2001, Amir held various positions within the Security Department of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA) and his last position was Head of the Security Technologies Research & Implementation Branch. From 1991 to 1994, Amir managed the technical security screener unit at the Israeli Airports Authority (Ben Gurion International Airport).
