Cynthia A. Nichol has 14 years of experience in airport financial planning and economic analysis, from both the airport sponsor and consultant perspectives. Cindy has managed feasibility studies supporting the sale of revenue and PFC-backed bonds at several airports while at LFA and, previously, as part of the Massachusetts Port Authority staff. She has also developed strategic financial plans, analyzed the implications of proposed improvements on airport financial operations, participated in airline and rental car negotiations, managed economic impact studies, and assisted with structuring airline rates and charges. Cindy also participated in airport privatization projects in Argentina and New Zealand.
