Mark D. Taylor is the leader of LFA's forecasting and economics practice, with 12 years of experience in aviation demand
forecasting, airport economic analysis, and financial analysis. Mark has extensive experience in preparing feasibility
studies to support the financing of airport improvements. He was the project manager for the provision of LFA services
related to the private financing of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport and the financing of the Continental
Airlines Global Gateway at Newark International Airport. Mark's international work includes the preparation of airport system
forecasts for New Zealand and airline traffic forecasts for the new Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok.
