W. Daniel Ochse has more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis, lease negotiations, airport management, and airport privatization. Dan advised the Indianapolis Airport Authority during the transition of Indianapolis International Airport to private-sector management (BAA Indianapolis) and he participated in several LFA privatization efforts in Australia. He has assisted a dozen airport sponsors during lease negotiations, and managed the preparation of financial feasibility studies in support of the sale of revenue bonds for improvements at airports across the United States (e.g., Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Denver).
