William J. Willkie is the leader of LFA's environmental planning practice. Bill has 18 years of experience in aviation, environmental, and community planning. He has successfully managed the preparation of numerous environmental impact statements and environmental assessments for major airport development projects. he has also managed the preparation of noise compatibility programs under FAR Part 150 for a wide range of airports. Through these assignments, Bill has gained extensive experience in developing and implementing community involvement programs, and he was the principal author of the FAA's current Community Involvement Manual.
