Leigh Fisher Associates is a nationally recognized leader in environmental planning for airports and their environs. Protecting the environment is a principal element of our airport planning projects. We have prepared airport-related environmental analyses, environmental assessments (EAs), and environmental impact statements (EISs) for more than 60 airports in the United States and overseas. LFA is a pioneer in developing airport noise compatibility plans and programs under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 150 and implementation programs and benefit/cost analyses under FAR Part 161. LFA is also recognized as an industry leader in the use of the latest version of the FAA's Integrated Noise Model to depict existing and future noise exposure. We also provide a variety of environmental support services, such as preparation of airport environs/land use plans, management of public involvement programs, and assistance with litigation support.
