Jacobs Consultancy is a nationally recognized leader in environmental planning
for airports and their environs. Protecting the environment is a principal element
of our airport planning projects. We have prepared airport-related environmental
analyses, environmental assessments (EAs), and environmental impact statements/reports
(EISs/EIRs) for more than 60 airports in the United States and overseas.
Jacobs Consultancy is a pioneer in developing airport noise compatibility plans
and programs under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 150, Airport Noise
Compatibility Planning , and implementation programs and benefit/cost analyses
under FAR Part 161, Notice and Approval of Airport Noise and Access Restrictions .
Jacobs Consultancy is also recognized as an industry leader in the use of the
latest version of the FAA's Integrated Noise Model to depict existing and future
noise exposure. In addition, we provide a variety of environmental support services,
such as preparation of airport environs/land use plans, management of public
involvement programs, and assistance with litigation support. |
