CONSULTANT — Our Consultants are the starting level at LeighFisher and will typically have 1 to 5 years of experience in a consulting environment. As a Consultant you will be responsible for completing defined analytical tasks to a high level and communicating these effectively to other team members and clients. You will need to be a cooperative team player, and a positive contributor to the culture and spirit of the Company.
SENIOR CONSULTANT — A Senior Consultant at LeighFisher will typically have 5 to 10 years of experience and will be involved in managing small- to medium-sized projects, or elements of larger projects. A Senior Consultant provides excellent technical supervision and guidance to clients. He or she can work independently on defined tasks with minimal supervision and direction.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT — Our Principal Consultants provide technical leadership on complex projects and they are regarded as “experts” in at least one specialization of our practice. They will often serve as project managers or perform technical due diligence for a significant volume of high-quality client work and are capable of sustaining successful ongoing client relations. They need to be team players, demonstrated leaders, and good role models for our Consultants.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR — An Associate Director is the first level of our senior team. They are typically responsible for generating and managing a substantial book of business and will have an established client following. An Associate Director will display integrity, maturity, and sound judgment in technical work and relations with staff. They are active industry participants with emerging or established industry recognition.
DIRECTOR — Our Directors act as owners of the business and are responsible for managing and developing a specific area of our company. They are entrepreneurial and provide creative, positive, and constructive input to the strategic planning and development of the Company. They display superior leadership abilities in relation to company development, client management, and staff development. They are active industry participants with established industry recognition and are responsible for sustaining effective, long-term relations with our significant clients.
