Alistair Sherret has more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience in airport planning, with emphasis on financial, business, and management consulting. He leads our financial feasibility and reporting practice. He also has experience in airport master and ground transportation planning.
In connection with development programs for many major airports, including those serving Atlanta, Denver, Memphis, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Tucson, Alistair has analyzed the implications of proposed capital improvements on airport financial operations; participated in airline negotiations; coordinated financing programs; prepared forecasts of aviation activity; and prepared financial feasibility studies in connection with over $4 billion of airport revenue bonds.
Alistair has experience in airport management, business, and financial operations at airports in the United States and overseas. He has conducted policy, management, and organization studies for Los Angeles and Dallas/Fort Worth international airports, among others, and has directed financial analyses in connection with the privatization of Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport and other airports in Australia.
